Shipment processing time
We processes orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed between 5 and 21 business days of ordering and shipped out the next day after the processing period. Please refer to the Order Process page to understand the process we follow.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
The delay is usually due to stock being depleted in SA and we have to source your shirt from Europe.
Our standard shipping terms is between 14-35 business days and express delivery (only available on certain products - shown on check out) is between 1-3 days.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

- Delivery varies between 3-5 Business days worldwide.
- We are not responsible for custom/duty fees - that is the buyer's own expense.
- We deliver nationwide The Courier Guy. Delivery can vary between 2/3 days depending on where you are located.
- Delivery is charged as what we pay the courier.
